The study of wine is known as Oenology...but I'm too busy drinking to study. So, I choose Winography. I drink it and then I tell you what I drank. Enjoy my drinking...
Place & Date Purchased: WineStyles, Evanston, IL - 11/10/2007 Place & Date Tasted: Home - 11/17/2007
Appearance: Pale gold Nose: Light, apple scent Taste: Apples & pears with a perfume taste Finish: Smooth that sits on your tongue Overall Impression: It was light, but not very crisp; it wasn't too sweet either. Discovered that it's very bad once it becomes flat.
Place & Date Purchased: WineStyles, Evanston, IL - 11/10/2007 Place & Date Tasted: Home - 11/13/2007
Appearance: Deep red Nose: Citrus aroma, spicy & strong Taste: Way too strong! Way too hot! Finish: Bitter; it has a bite that lingers Overall Impression: This wine is dubbed as the people of Evanston, IL favorite. I have some questions for the people of Evanston and that's...WHY? May make for a good sangria but alone, it's not good. It was just too strong and too much. I may revisit this wine and see what would happen if I let it breathe a little more.

Appearance: vibrant gold Nose: Fruity, pear scented and healthy aroma Taste: Very clean and smooth Finish: Crisp, fresh and relaxed Overall Impression: I thought it was a very good white. It wasn't too sweet and it had a clean after taste.
I grew up in the south and I still like to consider myself a "southern girl." Oh yes, American by birth, yet Southern by the grace of God. I now live up north where the people talk funny and wear shoes. Just kidding.
I really would like to say that I'm a simple kind of girl, but my friends usually disagree by telling me how horrible I am and how complicated I can be. That's why they love me, or so I've been told.
