Appearance: Deep purple; Medium-bodied
Nose: Soft floral, almost a perfume scent
Taste: Lite fruit with a very mellow taste; good acidity
Finish: Slight perfume taste and lingers warm on the throat
Overall Impression: I enjoyed this one a lot. It didn't seem to even have to try to be good and I think it's because it was so mellow. This was definitely a good mix of reds. I didn't aerate it, but I didn't think it needed to be. This is just a great, easy going wine. It is perfect for any occasion.

Dinner: Various cheeses and meat
Appearance: Purplish-red; full bodied
Nose: More flower scent but has hints of berries
Taste: Very dry; dryness overpowers the fruit
Finish: Extremely dry; Lingers for a while
Overall Impression: Wow, I haven't had a wine that was so dry before aerating and even after. It was very bitter to the point where there wasn't much of a fruit taste. It pretty much made my tongue retreat to the back of my throat.

Dinner: Variety of cheeses and salami
Appearance: Cloudy, ruby red
Nose: Clean & powerful, spices and vanilla
Taste: VANILLA and sweet
Finish: Sweet with medium acidity
Overall Impression: If you like vanilla in anything, this is your wine. The taste was sweet and strong with vanilla, but it also had a great finish to it. I liked that it was sweet yet spicy at the same time. Great wine!
